Food labeling is essential for all food products. In Malaysia, there are specific regulations governing food labeling. Producers must adhere to the Food Regulations 1985 when creating product labels. Starting from 2024, with the recent amendments, enforcement actions can be taken against industry who fails to comply with the updated regulations.
