WHAT IS BASIC OCCUPATIONAL FIRST AID ?
Basic Occupational First Aid, CPR & AED Training is for anyone who wants to become a certified First Aider.
You will learn life-saving skills like CPR, how to help someone choking, and how to give first aid for cuts, burns, broken bones, and spinal injuries. The training includes both theory and hands-on practice.
COURSE OBJECTIVES OF BASIC OCCUPATIONAL FIRST AID
- Perform Basic Life Support Skills such as CPR and Choking for both land and aquatic environments.
- Understand the Importance of Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in increasing survival rates, including its use in water-based emergencies.
- To enable participants to manage common workplace injuries such as bleeding, fractures, burns, and choking
DELIVERY METHODS OF BASIC OCCUPATIONAL FIRST AID
Target Audience
We will train all staff at the supervisor level, team leaders, and one representative from each department.
Duration Training
1 or 2 days (9 am – 5 pm)
- 1st day (Theory & Discussion Group)
- 2nd day (Hands on Practical & Simulation Drill)
